We’re proud to share that Wired by MJD has been named 2024 CEDIA APAC Winner – Best Showroom / Experience Centre, marking a major achievement in Australia’s smart home and AV integration industry.

Presented by CEDIA (the Association for Smart Home Professionals™), the annual Smart Home Awards celebrate excellence in home technology integration across the Asia-Pacific region. The 2024 awards were held at the Earp Distilling Co in Carrington, where the best of the best in smart home design, engineering, and innovation were recognised for their contributions to the field.

To be awarded Best Showroom / Experience Centre amongst such an impressive lineup of global integration leaders is an honour — and a reflection of the standard of work we aim to deliver for every project. It also highlights the dedication of our team and the vision behind what has now become one of the most talked-about smart home showrooms in Australia, featuring the award winning cinema room; Aladdin’s Cave.

About Our Showroom

Located in Victoria’s scenic Yarra Valley, our Showroom is not your typical AV showroom. It’s a custom-designed, immersive home cinema experience centre that showcases what’s possible when audio, visual, lighting, and environmental control are all thoughtfully integrated into a single, seamless system.

Every inch of the space — from the Dolby Atmos-calibrated sound and acoustic wall treatments to the luxury seating with massage, heating and charging features — was created to demonstrate the full potential of high-performance home entertainment.
